As your coach, I partner 1-on-1 with you, and get to know the whole you. We explore your why, goals, daily life, interests, support systems, resources, hopes, fears, strengths, roadblocks and more – and propel you toward meaningful action and change.

You are the expert on you and your life, and your vision for your future. As such, your health and wellness path to achieve your goals won’t look the same as anyone else’s.

I’ll meet you where you’re at today on that path, and help you tap into your natural impulse to be healthy. Together, step by step, we’ll walk to the healthier you that you want to be so you get even better with age.

The first step to see if my work is a good fit for you is to schedule your  Intro Session. I’ll learn more about you, what you  want to achieve and together we’ll make sure we’re the right fit.

What is an Intro Session?

This complimentary 45-60 minute session (your choice of Zoom or phone) is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine whether working together is a good fit.

During our conversation we will:

  • Clarify what’s important to you in your health and wellness and what you’d like to change.

  • Talk about what you’re trying, what’s working and what’s not, in your approach to achieve your health and wellness goals. 

  • Outline a plan of action for you to get started on your health and wellness goals so you begin to feel confident about your future and energized to get even better with age. 

  • Answer any questions you may have about working with a health and wellness coach like me, and what that looks like.

I’m here to help you master lasting healthy lifestyle changes so you close the gap between yearning to be and confidently being in control of your health.
